Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
Everyone in the organization needs to understand and apply basic quality concepts. Thats why ASQ developed Quality 101. Perfect for newcomers or as a refresher for experienced employees, Quality 101 is the only program developed and offered by ASQ that can lay the foundation for common quality practices organization-wide. Six program topics address both philosophical and application essentials of quality.

Module 5: Quality Tools

This program will prepare individuals for ASQs newest certification called Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) scheduled to begin testing in January 2001. This new program is designed to assess basic knowledge of quality tools and their uses by individuals who are involved in quality improvement projects, but do not necessarily come from traditional quality areas.(in between OBT and John Young Parkway, at the corner of President’s Drive and Sand Lake Road)

Important Notice; CQIA class and SSBB Six Sigma Black Belt Certification workshops being formed at Valencia
ASQ SSBB Certification Preparation Class will give you the exposure and training for the written portion of the exam. These workshops will prepare you to review, present and perform your "Six Sigma Project" possibly at work. A SS Project is required prior to taking the actual certification exam and more details about the Body of Knowledge, requirements to take the exam are available at ASQ National via www. asq.orgOur Workshop will be a benefit to anyone who is willing to put in the effort and has the desire to learn the Statistical Quality Control tools and methods as well as the FIT with Six Sigma Black Belt approaches. Our Workshop will contain addittional information and training that will allow the students to apply these techniques to improve productivity and quality of the overall overganization. Videos, Computer simulators, real world examples augment the traing and provides a memorable, fun, learning, experience coupled with networking with other students.

American Society for Quality Certified Quality Manager (CQ Manager)
This program is designed to:
Prepare candidates for the Certified Quality Manager Exam
